Child Abuse Prevention Services (CAPS)

The objective of CAPS is to prevent abuse before it happens through providing services & resources designed to mitigate any family history of abuse and/or neglect. Preventive programs reduce the risk of future maltreatment, as it is often detected during assessments of parental capacities.
